Raktári dolgozó (VidaXL)
Hol fogsz dolgozni?A vidaXL három nagy raktárában fogsz dolgozni Venlo/Sevenum környékén. A vidaXL egy hollandiai székhelyű globális online kiskereskedelmi vállalat, amely mindent kínál, amire csak szükséged lehet otthonodban és kertedben. A vidaXL hisz abban, hogy egy házból bármikor könnyedén lehet szép, praktikus otthont teremteni – életed bármely szakaszában. A vállalat gyorsan növekszik, jelen van egész Európában, Ausztráliában és az Egyesült Államokban. A siker titka az a hit, hogy mindig lehet valami jobb és olcsóbb – „Expect more” (Várj többet). Hiszen senki sem akar túlfizetni egy termékért.

Mit fogsz csinálni?Modern venlói raktárunkban fogsz dolgozni, ahol az első napokon egy betanító koordinátor fog segíteni eligazodni a folyamatokban. A munkádat az alábbi feladatok egyikével kezded:
Beérkező áruk feldolgozása
Áruk összegyűjtése EPT (elektromos raklapemelő) segítségével – ehhez a vidaXL biztosít képzést
Csomagolás
Teherautók rakodása stb.
Nem egyedül dolgozol, hanem nagyszerű kollégákkal. Több részlegen is dolgozhatsz, a háttéred alapján osztanak be oda, ami a leginkább illik hozzád.
Általános feladatok az „Inbound” részlegen:A termékek többsége tengeri konténerben érkezik. Ezeket le kell rakodni, majd görgős pályára helyezni. Innen dobozok szerint szét kell válogatni, cikkszám szerint raklapokra kell pakolni, majd a teljes raklapokat fóliázni. Ezután az EPT-vel a raklapokat ellenőrzésre viszik mennyiség és minőség alapján. Az Inbound részlegen 5–6 fős csapatokban dolgoztok, a nap során több pozíciót is váltogatva. Itt bónuszt is kereshetsz, ha csapatod átlépi a kitűzött célokat.
Általános feladatok az „Outbound” részlegen:A vevői rendelések beérkezése után a termékeket kézi szkennerrel és EPT-vel kell összegyűjteni. Ha nincs EPT-vezetői tapasztalatod, ne aggódj, a vidaXL megtanít rá. Egyes rendelésekhez „orderpicktruck” használata is szükséges. Ha jól teljesítesz Pickerként, lehetőséged van további képzésre is, hogy „Picker Slow” váljon belőled – ezzel bónusz is jár, ha túlteljesíted a célokat.
A kiválasztott termékek egy nagy szortírozó szalagra kerülnek, ahol automatikusan továbbítják őket a megfelelő helyre. Ha egy rendelés több dobozból áll, azt a Csomagoló részleg egyesíti. A szortírozó végén akár kézzel is be kell pakolni a dobozokat a pótkocsikba.

Munkaidő:A vidaXL munkanapjai vasárnaptól péntekig tartanak (szombat szabad).A beosztás naponta történik, a munkaidő napi 8 óra, 1 órás szünettel. A lehetséges műszakok:
05:00–14:00
06:00–15:00
07:00–16:00
11:00–20:00
14:15–00:15
15:15–00:15
A forgalmas időszakokban túlórázásra számítani kell. Ez napi plusz 1 órát vagy heti 6 nap munkát is jelenthet.
Fizetés:
Kezdő bér: bruttó 14,06 €/óra
6 hét (vagy 240 ledolgozott óra) után: bruttó 14,30 €/óra
6 hónap (vagy 1040 óra) után: bruttó 14,50 €/óra
Műszakpótlékok:
22:00–06:00 között: +25%
06:00–08:00 között: +15%
20:00–22:00 között: +15%
Vasárnapokon és ünnepnapokon: +100%
40 óra feletti munka esetén túlóradíj: +25%
Fontos információk:
Angol nyelvtudás kötelező – szóban és írásban egyaránt. A csapatvezetőkkel, a Randstaddal való kapcsolattartás, e-mailek és jelentkezések mind angol nyelven történnek.
Az első munkanap előtti napon egy interjún kell részt venned a vidaXL területén található Randstad irodában. Ha nem beszélsz jól angolul, nem kaphatod meg az állást!

Legyél erős, és szeress „edzeni” munka közben is!
25 kg-os dobozokat is mozgatni kell egyedül. Ennél nehezebb csomagokat viszont mindig kollégával együtt emeltek.
További információk a szállásról, biztosításról és autóhasználatról (ha például sofőrként jelölnek ki) a toborzóval való kapcsolatfelvétel során kerülnek megbeszélésre.
where are you going to work?
You will be working at 3 big warehouses from vidaXL in Venlo/Sevenum. VidaXL is a global online retailer based in the Netherlands, selling everything you need for your home and garden. You are our ideal warehouse employee if you meet the following requirements:
You are available 32 to 40 hours per week.
You have a good command of the English language.
You are available from Sunday till Friday (working on Sunday varies).
You are flexibly employable between 5.00-00.15 o’clock.
You are strong and you don’t mind combining fitness and work.
What you are going to do:
As warehouse employee you will be working in our modern warehouse in Venlo! Your training coordinator will guide you on the first days of work and will teach you the processes. As a warehouse employee you will start learning one of the following tasks:
Processing incoming goods
Picking with EPT (training for EPT is provided by vidaXL)
Packing
Loading of trucks etc.
You don't do this alone, but with your great colleagues! There are different departments where you can work, you will be planned on the position which suits best with your background.
General tasks at Inbound are:
Most of the goods come to vidaXL in a sea container. These containers need to be unloaded and put on a roller conveyor. From there the boxes need to be sorted and stacked on pallets by article numbers. Pallets that are complete need to be sealed. After the sealing the pallets will be put in lines with an EPT to be checked on quantity and quality. At Inbound you work in teams of 5 or 6 colleagues, switching positions during the day several times. At the Inbound department you have the possibility to earn a bonus when you perform above target as a team.
General tasks at Outbound are:
After receiving the orders from customers, products need to be picked with handscanners and EPT. If you don’t have experience in driving EPT, no worries, vidaXL is providing training for this. A part of the orders are picked with an orderpicktruck. After becoming a Picker and performing well, you have the opportunity to be trained for the orderpicktruck and become a so called Picker Slow. Should you become a Picker Slow, you can earn a bonus when you perform above target.
After the products are picked, they are put on a big sorter belt and the boxes are sorted out automatically on the location where they need to be sent. If an order consists of multiple boxes, they need to be packed together by the Packing department. At the end of the big automatic sorter, you can be planned to load the boxes in trailers by hand.

Worktimes:
The working days at vidaXL are from Sunday till Friday (Saturday is free).
You work according to the daily plan that you will receive. You work 8 hours per day and have 1 hour of break in your shift. The possible shift times are:
5.00-14.00
6.00-15.00
7.00-16.00
11.00-20.00
14.15-00.15
15.15-00.15
In busy times, overtime is planned by vidaXL and we expect all employees to be willing to work overtime. Overtime can mean working 1 hour longer per day or can mean that you will be planned to work 6 days per week.
Salary:
You start on a salary of 14,06 euro bruto per hour.
After 6 weeks (or 240 hours), the salary rises to 4,30 euro bruto per hour.
After 6 months (or 1040 hours), the salary rises to 14,50 bruto per hour.
Shift addition:
25% for hours worked between 22.00-06.00 o'clock
15% for hours worked between 06.00-08.00 o'clock
15% for hours worked between 20.00-22.00 o'clock
100% for hours worked on Sundays or public holidays
Overtime addition: 25% for hours worked above 40 hours per week.
Important:
It's important to speak, read and understand the English language, this because everything is in English, contact with your team leader, contact with Randstad for example emails, applications etc. The day before your start at vidaXL you will have an interview at the Randstad-office within vidaXL. When you’ re not speaking English that well, you will not get the job!
It is forbidden to wear hoodies at vidaXL.
Always check in advance if the employee worked at vidaXL before. If yes, vidaXL needs to approve the return for this employee. Approval can be requested by sending an email to flexcenter@vidaxl.com.
Physical characteristics: You are strong and love to fitness at work! You need to be able to handle boxes till 25 kg by yourself. More heavy boxes are also common, but could be handled together with a colleague
Additional informations and coasts about House, insurance and eventually car (when you are chosen by the planner to be a driver, ) will be discussed later on with the recruiter.
